One of Derry's best known churches has been broken into.
Police at Strand Road are appealing for information about a break-in at Christ Church at Infirmary Road at some point between noon on Sunday, November 29, and 1.30pm on Wednesday, November 26.
Entry was gained at the rear using some sort of tool to remove a metal bars and break a window.
A police spokesperson said it would have taken some time and effort to remove the bars.
Nothing was stolen but damage was been caused.
