Derry’s Tyrone McCullagh is set to make his television debut on Sky Sports in Belfast at the end of April,
It follows another KO win on his Irish debut last weekend when the Glen Road man wasted little time in taking care of Latvian Anton Zacests in the first round of their bout at the Europa Hotel in Belfast.
His stunning performance looks set to earn him a spot on the much touted Match Room Promotions card, expected to be headlined by Ryan Burnett, on Saturday, 30 April, at the SSE Arena or King’s Hall.
McCullagh said: “Nothing is confirmed yet but there’s a good chance I’ll be on that card.
“The fight on Saturday was over quickly so it didn’t take anything out of me and I’ll be more than ready to go again.
“It will be my first arena fight, it will be a great experience to fight in either of the venues mentioned and fighting on Sky would be a big boost for my profile.”
