City of Derry hold a slender two point lead over Bective in a thrilling All-Ireland Division 2B clash at Judges Road (kick off 4.30pm).
A Burns penalty put Derry three points ahead after just four minutes.
The visitors went ahead with a converted try two minutes later before two more Burns penalties had the home side back in the lead with 17 minutes gone
Bective hit the front again with another converted try in the 28 minute.
Another successful penalty from Burns brought the home side within two points after 32 points.
A David Graham try, converted by Burns, sees Derry lead 19-17 at half-time.
