SML: Strabane hit Foyle seven to clinch promotion
Strabane Athletic gained promotion to the Saturday Morning League’s Premiership with an emphatic 7-0 win over Foyle Athletic.
Goalscorers in the home victory for the Co Tyrone side were Joe Cromie (3), Lee Conwell, Sean Lynch, Aidan Doherty and David Taylor.
The results sees Athletic pip Sion Swifts to the all-important runners-up spot behind Championship winners Foyle Harps.
