Police in Derry are appealing for information about an assault in which a pair of crutches are said to have been used.
Shortly after 1.30pm on Wednesday last, September 23, a caller to police reported a disturbance in the car park at Victoria Market.
A man in his 30s sustained swelling to his face and cuts to his face and one ear.
He was treated by an ambulance crew.
Constable Tracy Flynn, the investigating officer, said police made an arrest at the scene, however they still would like to hear from anyone who saw the incident.
He said Information could be given on the police non-emergency number, 101, or by calling the Crimestoppers Charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
