Police in Limavady are appealing for information about three weekend burglaries.
Detective Constable Neely, the investigating officer, said that on Saturday evening, 19, the resident of a house at Whitehill Park returned to find it had been burgled through a rear window. A small sum of money was stolen.
Meanwhile, also on Saturday night, residents of a house at Mount Eden discovered it had been broken into while they were out. Cash and jewellery were stolen.
And, in the early hours of Saturday, residents returning to Whitehill Park found their home had been broken into. The culprits are thought to have been in the house a short time beforehand and may well have been disturbed. Items of jewellery were stolen.
Constable Neely added: “We would like to hear from any witnesses of suspicious activity in the area around the late Saturday evening or early Sunday morning period.”
