Police in Derry today issued a warning about the reported thefts of handbags in local pubs.
Pubs and club are packed around this time of year for the Christmas celebrations.
However, a PSNI spokesperson in Derry today said that they have received 'several' reports of handbags being stolen in local bars.
"Please keep handbags with you at all times and limit the valuables/cash you carry," the spokesperson added.
